At Infinite Health Massage and Bodywork, I offer Therapeutic Massage and Reiki. My work is predominantly a blend of Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and Swedish styles

I bring almost 20 years of experience to the table and I love what I do. I want to work with you to achieve your goals and assist in you feeling more comfortable in your body, mind, and Spirit. The sessions can sometimes include Cupping, Gua Sha, passive and active stretching and some Thai massage influence. I use my intuition and experience to move you towards greater flexibility and a calmer nervous system. CBD lotion can be added into the session if desired. 

I have been initiated into the Master level of Reiki from the lineage of Dr. Usui, and have been practicing for about 10 years. Reiki is a light weight, hands-on form of energy work that has positive effects on the four levels of awareness, Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual. 

Some effects may include shifts in your thinking or awareness, epiphanies, clarity, as well as positive effects on your physical well being. Sessions may also include chakra and auric field cleansing at the end.
