Join us for yoga with Kath Stenman Okonak!
This warm and welcoming yoga class is an opportunity to explore the beautiful balance between movement and stillness. By combining Vinyasa flow with longer-held poses, we aim to create a holistic experience that nurtures both body and mind. Come as you are, and find your flow with us!
*Classes are every Monday from 8:00 am to 8:45 am. The total cost is $15.90 per person. Come prepared with a yoga mat and water to stay hydrated.
