Pretzel Twist 5K & Kids Run

Join us for the exciting Pretzel Twist 5K, a fast and accurate race starting at the Lititz recCenter, with all proceeds supporting LrC youth programs. The race kicks off on Saturday, September 21st at 8am, with check-in and goodie bag pickup from 7am-7:45am. Participants will enjoy access to showers and restrooms at the Lititz Springs Pool, along with refreshments after the race. Compete for a $100 prize as the top overall male and female runners or aim to be among the top three in your age category. Don’t miss the new Team Challenge for groups aiming for the most participants or fastest time. Kids can join the fun with a race at 7:45am, ensuring they register by September 1 for a guaranteed t-shirt. The Pretzel Twist 5K is part of the Triple Crown 5K series, offering a $65 single registration for races at Ephrata rec, Hempfield rec, and Lititz rec. Register by Memorial Day to secure your spot in this community-spirited event. Remember, Pretzel Twist registration fees are non-refundable: $30 for adults and $20 for kids.
