There’s no better place to visit during the Christmas season than historic Lititz, Pennsylvania! This full-day motorcoach trip is sure to put you in the holiday spirit.

This package includes:

A private showing of Lititz Moravian Church’s Christmas Putz.
The Christmas Putz is a long-standing tradition which dates to St. Francis of Assisi, and dramatizes the message of the gospels for the common folk of the thirteenth century. Later, German and Alpine craftsman began to carve figures of the Holy family from local varieties of wood. To create a natural look, Lititz Moravian’s thirteen electrically- lighted scenes are set among tree limbs and live moss. All the figures and scenery used in Lititz have been hand-painted by members of the congregation, and the canopy boasts many stars that represent the northern December sky. The Putz’s soundtrack uses various verses from the Bible to tell the story of Christmas, with most of the selections sung by the church choir.

Next, you’re receive a guided tour of the 1792 Johannes Mueller House. Part of the Lititz Historical Foundation, the Mueller House, which will be decorated for the Christmas season, tells the story of Johannes Mueller and his family, who lived in this home during the 18th century. Your guide will also describe what Lititz was like during a time when you had to be a Moravian to live here.

After the guided tour, you will have three hours of free time to explore the town, shop the various stores and boutiques along Main and Broad Streets, and grab a delicious dinner at one of our many fantastic eateries.

Your evening ends in Lititz Springs Park, where you will attend the annual Christmas in the Park celebration. Here, you will be filled with holiday cheer as you sing along to Christmas carols, witness the annual tree lighting, and even experience a visit from Mr. and Mrs. Claus!

Arrive to Lititz at 1:45pm

2. Guided tour of the 1792 Johannes Mueller House (3pm-3:45pm)
3. Two and a half hours of shopping and dinner on your own (4pm-6:30pm)
