Thriving businesses make our downtown more attractive to future restaurants and shops and fill our current destinations with customers. It’s clear, our successes are shared.

2024 Annual Legacy Sponsorship
Our Legacy Sponsorship is our most impactful sponsorship. Legacy Sponsors will be a driving force for our work in 2024 and, as such, they will be featured on the home page of LititzPA.com throughout the year. We’ll work with the Legacy Sponsor to identify an ongoing initiative that we can assign to their sponsorship. Ideas could include one of the following: the addition of public art in our downtown, reoccurring street cleanups and beautification projects, or promotional projects to enhance the Lititz brand. Together we’ll tailor a yearlong initiative that matches your brand and your goals.
This initiative will be the subject of an editorial story in our next edition of the Experience Lititz publication and a column in our monthly newsletter. Both will feature the Legacy Sponsors name and logo and crediting them as the exclusive sponsor of the work. The Legacy Sponsor will also be featured on social media throughout the year and receive a listing under the appropriate heading on our website.

This event was named one of the Top 7 Ice Festivals in North America in 2022. We plan to make it even cooler in 2024!
COOLEST NIGHT OUT SPONSOR $7500, Feb 15 – RESERVED BY LUTHER CARE
This 2nd annual event invites folks to an exclusive launch party of our Fire & Ice Celebration. We’ll have a private, live ice carving demonstration on Juniper Lane, just outside of the Lititz Shirt Factory. Guests will be served fire and ice themed drinks and small plates and enjoy live entertainment. The 10-block live-carved sculpture will include signage featuring your business’s name. All event marketing will include your business as the title sponsor and your name will be featured on the keepsake ticket. In addition, you will receive the same web and social media benefits of the gold-level sponsor (detailed below), plus 20 complimentary tickets to Lititz’s Coolest Night Out.
WINTER FUNDERLAND SPONSOR $5500, Feb 19 – RESERVED BY WEAVER ENERGY
If families are your core demographic, this offering is ideal for you! We’ll market our kid-friendly outdoor obstacle course as presented by YOU. We’ll even have a 2-block kid-themed ice sculpture at the course with your name on it. All event marketing will include your business as the title sponsor and your name will be featured on all obstacle course signage. In addition, you will receive the same web and social media benefits of the gold-level sponsor (detailed below).
FAMILY FRIENDLY SCAVENGER HUNT $6,000, Feb 16-25 – RESERVED BY WELLSPAN
Fun for everyone! We’ll create two scavenger hunts throughout town, one super easy set at the perfect pace for youngsters and one that’s a bit more challenging. We’ll feature your business in the clues and promotions and give you a special 7-block ice sculpture, too. This activity runs throughout Fire & Ice, meaning you’ll get the benefit of exposure with all who attend Fire & Ice! In addition, you will receive the same web and social media benefits of the gold-level ice sponsor (detailed below).
ART IN THE PARK SPONSOR $6500, Feb 24 & 25
This year we’re extending live carvings of giant ice sculptures into our final weekend of Fire & Ice! Since we’re limiting our giant sculptures to the park, we decided to turn Lititz Springs Park into a gallery of living art. Along with the ice sculptures, we’ll have living sculptures that tell the story of Lititz. Just what do we mean by that? Imagine a bronze sculpture of a chocolatier that suddenly comes to life and tells the story of Wilbur Chocolate – we already have actors lined up who will be painted to appear to be sculptures, but then will come to life to tell their stories. These living sculptures will be complimented by music and dance performances. We’ll have signage in the park (on the stage and in front of the living sculptures) showing that this day was brought to Lititz by your business. In addition, you will receive the same web and social media benefits of the gold-level sponsor.
MAKER’S MARKET SPONSOR $6000, Feb 24 & 25 – RESERVED BY UPMC
So much of what makes Lititz special comes from our talented art community. Celebrate all of Lititz’s Makers by being the exclusive sponsor of our Lititz Maker’s Market. This two-day event (February 24 & 25) features our most talented painters, potters, jewelry-makers and woodworkers. A 7-block sculpture will advertise the event to start the week. LOCAL EYES PHOTOGRAPHY SHOW SPONSOR $3000, Feb 15-25 BARLEY SNYDER
The Premier Sponsor of the Local Eyes Photography Exhibit will have their name and logo on all Local Eyes signage and be mentioned in all Local Eyes promotions and social media posts. They will be listed as a featured sponsor on the Lititzpa.com website for all of 2023, listed on the event page at Lititzpa.com, and featured in the Experience Lititz newsletter. *$500 & $250 Supporting Sponsorships are also available.
SMALL BUSINESS SPONSOR $1500, length of festival
We’ll start each of the 5 weekdays in the middle of the festival with a riddle on social media. The riddle will give clues about one of our downtown retail businesses. Each day a winner will receive $100 Lititz Shopping Dollars. We’ll also challenge festival-goers to take pictures and tag your business and the festival. You’ll pick your favorite pic, and award the photographer with $500 Lititz Shopping Dollars. Tons of exposure and a great way to bring more revenue to our downtown!
