Join us at the shop to learn how to create a basic balloon garland!
We will use patriotic Red White and Blue Balloons so you can keep it and adorn your 4th of July Cookout! – Yes they will last 🙂
Everything you need will be provided.
We will create a lovely 5ft garland that will fit in most basic vehicles!
Retail Value of this garland would be $100.
